As autumn sunshine spills over the land and gentle winds sweep through golden‑hued foliage, it is an ideal occasion for our team to gather strength and share precious moments together!
On the afternoon of September 20th, colleagues from YIDI took a break from busy daily work and joined a vibrant, joyful autumn team‑building activity. Its theme reads: “Honour our autumn rendezvous at YIDI, achieve a team leap forward; gather autumn glow, harness YIDI‑spirit, and march ahead in unity.” Participants deepened friendship through sports and teamwork, and strengthened team cohesion amid fun‑filled challenges.
The competitive games featured tug‑of‑war, three‑point shooting, ping‑pong relay, balloon‑transport relay, penguin‑walk race and balloon‑defence game. Everyone was fired‑up with passion amid constant laughter.
01 Tug‑of‑War (The Mighty Strength Contest)
02 Three‑Step Lay‑up Challenge (Precision Shooting Game)
Whether seasoned basketball players or complete beginners, all participants fixed their eyes on the hoop and adjusted their pace to deliver a smooth three‑step lay‑up.
Joy was gained from every shot. Cheers from teammates drew everyone closer to one another.
03 Ping‑Pong Relay: Race Against Time
Holding chopsticks in hand, everyone stayed fully focused and worked as a team to transport ping‑pong balls to the designated spot within the time limit.
The game tested their patience and hand‑eye coordination, while boosting interaction amid a relaxed atmosphere.
04 Balloon Relay: United Effort
Team‑members held up the balloon together with their bodies and advanced toward the finish line.Close‑knit coordination was required throughout the race to keep the balloon from dropping. In the course of teamwork, everyone experienced the warmth and strength of the whole team.
05 Penguin‑Walk Challenge
Participants clamped balloons between their legs and waddled forward like penguins. They had to keep balance while speeding up their pace.
Comical postures filled the venue with laughter and a cheerful vibe.
06 Balloon‑Defence Battle
Balloons were tied around everyone’s ankles. Players needed to shield their own balloons while tactically popping those belonging to opponents. The thrilling chase helped everyone release work‑related stress and fill the day with joy.
After the intense competitions wrapped up, Technical Director Mr. Wang awarded prizes to the winning teams. Everyone went home with rewarding gains.
Once the competitions concluded, team‑members roamed amid the gorgeous autumn scenery. They chatted casually with colleagues and snapped photos to capture precious moments, enjoying the laid‑back leisure time.
